Welcome to our breathtaking apartment, where the stunning views will make you feel like you're on a luxury cruise liner. Experience the Mediterranean lifestyle you've always dreamed of, with everything you need right at your fingertips. While the allure of exploring the islands is undeniable, you'll find it hard to resist spending your early evenings on the balcony, soaking in the spectacular scenery. This holiday home is truly a dream come true.  
  
The Space:  
  
Welcome to our newly styled two-bedroom apartment at Beach Comber Court, located in one of Malta's most picturesque areas. This charming space features a spacious double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a modern shower room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and complimentary pods.   
  
The living room includes a smart TV and a sofa that easily converts into a bed, perfect for children or extra guests. Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and convenience while taking in the captivating views from the balcony.   
  
We've added a BBQ on the terrace so you can savor gorgeous evenings with spectacular views and a delicious private dinner in this lovely space— our wish is for our guests to make beautiful memories in Malta.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
Guests have exclusive access to the terrace. This block has a few steps at the main entrance leading to an elevator that takes guests straight to the apartment door.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
Location, location, location—you’ve hit the jackpot when you book this Zzzing holiday apartment. When we say in the heart of it all, we mean it.  
  
There’s lots to explore and tons to do in St Paul’s Bay, Bugibba & close by areas for tourists of all ages and types. Bus access is great whether you want to visit our capital city Valletta, walk through our beautiful villages, or hop on a boat from Cirkewwa to spend a few hours on our sister island Gozo. If you’re renting a car you can park in the main road, right infront of the property. If you’re renting a car then you’ll be happy to hear that it’s relatively easy to find street parking very close to this holiday home.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
You can easily explore the islands of Malta by renting a car, taking a bus, or opting for a taxi, all of which are simple solutions. The Guest Experience Team is available to assist in organizing and providing more information on these transportation options.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:  
  
This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.  
  
Submitting your eco tax online:  
  
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Bei unsserer Ankunft hat der mitgeteilte Schlosskode nicht funktioniert. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie stehen verschwitzt mit Koffern vor der Tür und können nicht hinein. Zum Glück ist das am Tag und nicht in der Nacht passiert. Zunächst habe ich es per WhatsApp bei Zzzing gemeldet. In der Antwort von Zzzing hieß es: „Rufen Sie die Hotline an.“ Die Hotline spricht aber natürlich nur Englisch. Gut, dass mein Sohn die Kommunikation übernommen hat. Es wurde ein anderer Code genannt, der ebenfalls nicht funktioniert hat. Erst der andere Code, der nicht mehr 4-, sondern 8-stellig war, hat funktioniert. Die Check-out-Zeit ist um 10:00 Uhr. Vermutlich wurde der Schlosskode (vom Zzzing?) kurz vor 9:00 Uhr remote geändert. Ich war joggen und konnte nicht mehr hinein. Nur Glück, dass meine Frau nicht mitgejoggt ist und die Tür von innen geöffnet hat. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie wären draußen ohne Handy und dürften nicht mehr hinein, obwohl Ihre Aufenthaltszeit noch nicht abgelaufen ist.

#### Schöne Wohnung, aber bisschen "oversold"

Die Wohnung war für uns als junge Familie wirklich toll, da- deutlich größer als jedes Hotelzimmer annähernd in diesem Preisbereich.- Die Balkone und der Ausblick waren großartig.- Volle Ausrüstung inkl. Waschmaschine.Andererseits- ursprünglich war Pool-Mitbenutzung angegeben und im Check-In-Prozess konnten sogar Pool-Zugangskarten vermeintlich reserviert werden. Das war dann nicht der Fall, vermeintlich ein Fehler im System. Das bedeutete, dass für jede Poolnutzung 80 pro Tag und Familie anfielen.- Nach 4 Tagen fiel der Fahrstuhl aus, leider an einem Freitag. Bis zur Abreise am Montag war er nicht behoben. Großer Spaß, zwei kleine Kinder hochzutreiben.- Die Klimaanlage war absolut essenziell, leider auch da auf der morgens sonnigen Ostseite überhaupt nicht verdunkelt werden konnte. Schade, da nicht nachhaltig und trocknet die Luft so sehr, dass die Erkältungsgefahr steigt (und bei uns zuschlug).- Das Bad war relativ klein und konnte nur über einen Luftschacht gelüftet werden. Ggf. Jammern auf hohem Niveau.- Die Sauberkeit war größtenteils in Ordnung, aber insbesondere auf den Balkonen wäre 1x Wischen gut gewesen. Deutsche Pingeligkeit.
