We welcome you to our beautiful, property in the centre of St Pauls Bay! Upon entering our home, you are welcomed to a very large living area, equipped with a comfy sofa and a full SMART TV. The property also boosts, a fully equipped kitchen with access to an outdoor area with furniture, making it perfect for long rentals. The location is also perfect, just within walking distance of the promenade and access to all the amenities. Air-conditioning and wifi included. All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| The tastefully decorated living room provides a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the wonders of Malta. Sink into the plush sofas, enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply bask in the natural light filtering through the large windows. Backyard | Step outside to your private backyard, This charming outdoor space is furnished with comfortable seating making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind after exploring the island. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! Perfect for both long and short term rentals. Bedrooms| 1 bedroom including a double bed with an en-suite.
