Kick back and relax in this newly built breathtaking views of Xemxija. We offer a brand new apartment with impeccable views in St Pauls Bay. The apartment has a large living room/kitchen with a front balcony seafront, 2 bedrooms with air condition and wifi  
  
Served with lift. Towels and linen are included, Toaster, Hair dryer, coffee maker. Additional sofa bed available upon request!  
  
We are dedicated to providing all the support you need, ensuring your holiday in Malta and your stay at our apartment is an unforgettable experience.

St Pauls area is in the north of Malta, is renowned for it's beautiful sea that characterize and enhance the attraction it has for millions of tourists worldwide. The Island of Comino, Cominotto and Gozo are easily accessible by private ferry about 20 minutes walk from your apartment. Mellieha Bay area is equipped with all services and comforts: Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Pharmacies, Bus stops, Car Rental, Supermarkets and Taxi Services.

For those who prefer to cook their own meals, this plan kitchen is well-equipped and is a beautiful space to create heartly dishes while still enjoying the views!

#### A Perfect Maltese Escape

The property, Sea Breeze, is an immaculately maintained apartment and has exquisite views across St. Paul's Bay.The most striking aspect of the apartment is the large, curved balcony overlooking the bay, on which the sun shines during the afternoon, giving the guests a lovely spot to sip on cool drinks into the evening.There is a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living room space, which is perfect for those who prefer self-catering.The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle & coffee machine, so it really is a home-from-home when it comes to food preparation.The apartment building is located in an old style Maltese street, away from the more touristy area on the other side of the bay and further down the road on the main drag.There's a bus-stop directly outside the building and 2 euros will get you to Valetta in about an hour.If you have rented a car, then there is usually plenty of free, on-street parking close to the building.Finally, the property management by Homely Malta was excellent. The team were very responsive and couldn't do enough to make our stay a memorable one.We could carry on praising the apartment, location, weather, transport but we're afraid of making it sound too attractive, so that we can't book it again due to high demand in the future!
