This lovely three bedroom seafront holiday apartment with back terrace is located on the St. Paul’s Bay promenade. The view from the front room is spectacular. This spacious seafront holiday apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 seperate bathrooms, and a kitchen/dining/living area with sofa beds. The apartment has a large back terrace with garden furniture (tables, chairs and sunbeds) and also a bbq. The back terrace measures 39 square metres. Apartment is spacious and can accomodate groups of up to 9 persons. The view from the living room’s windows is spectacular. Apartment Specifications: 100 sqm internal area, 3rd floor with lift, 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, one with three single beds, sofa beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. 2 low steps at the entrance leading towards an elevator Facilities: Fully Air conditioned Large back terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The back terrace measures 39 square metres. Fast unlimited Wifi internet and Internet tv with hundreds of international Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge. Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 electric hobs, fridge freezer, etc. Iron and ironing board, washing machine and Hair dryer are available. Cots and highchairs are available on request. Fans are provided in each room. Towels and bed sheets are provided. \*Utilities Consumption\* \- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 200 KWh of electricity per apartment per week.
