For the price I wasn’t expecting the ritz. However standard hygiene and cleanliness shouldn’t have to be shocking. From dirty socks in the balcony. To poor repair jobs. Loud noises throughout the night from their systems whether it be air con or constant running water sound. Bodged repair jobs on doors leaving huge gaps and noisy people staying at the hotel. Less than desirable breakfast. But staff are ok and it’s not too far from St Paul’s for a walk albeit plenty of dark areas and building sites. It’s a budget hotel. If you get it cheap. You get what you pay for. Simple. But I’d suggest spending more somewhere with a view etc. the pool was dirty and full of insects etc. as I say. Top marks for the Staff, who were all very polite and helpful. The Hotel could do with with some updating, but never the less we were happy with our bedroom.
