Welcome travellers to our modern apartment situated right in the heart of the charming town, St Pauls Bay. This location is well-known for its wide range of entertainment options while also capturing the most stunning sea views on the island! As you step in, you\`ll be greeted by a bright and inviting living area with Smart TV. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the street surroundings. High-speed WIFI & AC included throughout. The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station. Parking is also included in the price, making it perfect for both long and short term rentals. For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.! Living Spaces| The living room provides a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the wonders of Malta. Sink into the sofas, enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply bask in the natural light filtering through the large windows. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand. 6\.
