Nice place, our first morning there was no coffee, second morning the coffee was there but very strong. We went for a concert at Excel, they arranged to have a shuttle driver that night and he was awesome! What happened to the cookie? We didnt get one when we checked in and niether did the 2 groups we rode with in the shuttle?

The pool is really really small and you itch when u get out well the person i was with and myself did and a little girl. The front desk lady sherry was the best

The girl sherry front desk went above and beyond. The room I paid for didnt have hot water was down graded to 2 queen beds. She was over booked and handled it very professionally. She did help me but cant really do nothing because i booked 3rd party. the pool is tiny and needs to be cleaned.

The bar area was having ALOT of challenges but the young woman (working alone) on Saturday night was running like a wild woman and keeping things going. She deserves a BIG raise! Sheri at the front desk is a customer service ROCK STAR!! Our stay started VERY rocky after being left stranded by VRBO and she did everything she could to make our stay easy. THANK YOU Sheri! You are a treasure!!

Average hotel, no shampoo in the room, no towels, had to see the reception and ask for shampoo and towels and the reception lady provided two small shampoos. Area around the hotel was lame. Thin walls, you can hear noise from the other room, even curtains when they close or open them in the other room. Hot tub doesnt work properly.

I booked a room at this hotel because they have a shuttle, which was perfect because we had a concert at the Xcel Center. When I got to the hotel I asked about it and she cut me off and said the shuttle wasn’t available for tonight. I sad that’s fine, the concert was the next night. She looked at her phone and said it wasn’t available that night either. So I ending up driving to the venue and when I got back the shuttle was actually bringing people back from the same venue. Also, the room didn’t seem like it was cleaned very well. There were crumbs on the floor and the counters looked like they were wiped with a dirty rag. I’ve stayed in worse hotels but I don’t think I would go back to this one.

Extremely disappointed that there was no shuttle for Saturday evening, December 30th. I called the day before to confirm the shuttle but when we arrived, we were told that the shuttle driver said he would not drive the 3th or 31st. Cost us $90 for an Uber to/from our destination. I chose the Double Tree because of the shuttle.

Overflow
We like this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. The beds are extremely comfortable, we get a good nights sleep. But this time the drain in the shower was totally plugged such that after one shower the shower stall was overflowing onto the bathroom floor. Needless to say, the second shower was very short - less than a minute. We reported it at checkout and there didn’t seem to be much of a concern. The other thing here is that breakfast is in the restaurant off the menu. Would be nice if there was at least a complimentary grab and go.
