The property is seemingly brand new and beautiful styled. The pictures posted here very accurately portray the rental. The location in town is ideal. We were able to walk everywhere in town in 15 minutes or less. And even being right in the middle of everything, it was very, very quiet (which also says a lot about St. Michaels). We also took advantage of the option of renting Wheelie Good Bikes. It was nice to wake up our first morning there and be able to hop right on the bikes for a casual ride. I really enjoyed our weekend in St. Michaels and would recommend Flat 207 to others. It is a great spot for a couple and would work well for a small, young family, too.
