The home was quite lovely, and the communication exceptional. However, the battery on the keypad died a day into our stay and was never replaced therefore having to use a spare key. Both bathroom sinks were slow to drain, I had to reach out about the key for the shed, which should’ve been more readily available so that I wouldn’t have had to do that. And there are bikes (manual tire inflation). The grill is great, right off the kitchen and there’s a firepit (it was too hot out for that tho!). Jennifer is great for communication, very responsive. Quiet neighborhood yet walkable to town and close to the water. Loads of natural light, comfy beds and furniture, super clean, great amenities. Loved the outdoor fire pit and chairs! The only suggestion I'd make is add a little more to the information sheets for guests, such where the keys to the shed are (to access bikes), the different thermostats for upstairs and down (we didn't even notice the upstairs thermostat till our last day), and if it's ok to use the front door with keypad rather than carry the key for the side door.
