« Je suis venue dans cet hôtel pour 1 nuit est je n’ai pas du tout appréciée…. Attention dans les chambres il y a de grandes fenêtres mais ne s’ouvrent pas complètement uniquement le haut vers l’extérieur… pas de Clim ! Avec cette chaleur Juste un petit ventilateur pour survivre… le spa est trop décevant… une piscine froide qui ne donne pas envie, un jacuzzi trop brûlant un sauna hyper petit ( il ne faut pas être claustrophobe ..) les vestiaires sales. Un conseil apporter bien vos claquettes.....

« Un hôtel très surprenant dans ce coin magnifique du pays de Galles. Le décor de l'hôtel est absolument extraordinaire (au sens étymologique du terme), d'une modernité incroyable et d'un confort dans tous les détails, détails "design" qui parfois sont au rebours de bon sens. Une sorte de fantasme d'architecte, jusqu'au plus petit détail. Demeure que ce niveau de design n'est pas forcément le type d'environnement cosy et infiniment plus chaleureux que le client peut attendre dans un environnement...

« Quelle déception cet hotel ! Comment Best Western a pu référencer un tel établissement ! Des chambres sans confort : des porte-manteaux cassés ainsi que la robineterie de la douche , une ampoule manquante sur le lustre ! Une chambre toute petite, humide et avec peu de lumière , des linos de sdb usés ! Un dejeuner en lenteur : 30 minutes d'attente ! A oublier ! Passer votre chemin ! »

"Nous sommes un peu déçus… l’hôtel est en fait attenant au manoir et non dans le manoir. Nos chambres n’étaient pas très propres (draps salis, rideaux déchirés, trace de nourriture présente sur la moquette) mais spacieux (les enfants avaient leur propre chambre attenante). La piscine est un peu vieillotte. Le personnel est discret, poli mais un peu trop détaché des besoins des clients."

"L'accueil et le service pourrait être améliorés. Il y a très peu d'options pour déjeuner et dîner aux alentours, et sans pouvoir se déplacer en voiture, les repas sont très répétitifs mais aussi chers. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de service de restauration sur place ou, au moins, un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre. C'est un hôtel de bon standing, propre mais à ce tarif, un petit réfrigérateur devrait être installé de base dans les chambres. De plus, le téléviseur était un modèle ancien et de taille réduite... On espère mieux pour ce type d'hôtel et ce tarif. Dommage. "
