Master bed. Two twin. Office room has small futon with linens provided in closet. Guest access Apartment is 3 bedroom downstairs. Guest can use and have access to all of downstairs. The visitors Den at Jim and Katie’s was clean, comfortable and we felt safe there. Nice neighborhood. It is a basement apartment, which can get musty because of humidity, but there is a dehumidifier running at all times and that kept it dry and fresh! It does throw off some heat and we had a warm weekend, so it was a bit warm sleeping at night, so maybe an air conditioner would be a good idea.
