Luxury, modern, high-class fully equipped villa in the very quiet environment at the top row of houses in a large gated complex with all necessary services for up to 17 guests. The villa has a central living room and 7 spacious bedrooms with 8 fully equipped bathrooms and we set and open bedrooms according to the number of guests based on double occupancy. Swimming pool size 8x3.5 meters! The location of the house on the horizon of the coast allows besides breathtaking panoramic view of the azure Caribbean Sea and also comfortable airflow. Come & spend your happy holiday in a peaceful and spacious environment without being bothered by hotel staff. You can enjoy the villa, garden and pool which offer a lot of privacy. We work with damage deposit $500 for the damage and fee for excess consumption of water and electricity. These two fees are charged after your check out based on your consumption which is messured. Electricity consumption in the bedrooms is charged at $0.5/1kWh. Other electricity in the whole house is included in the price. The consumption of 0.5 m3 of water/day/house is included in the price, the fee for excess consumption is $10/1 m3. The property lies on Coral Estate Beach Dive & Wellness Resort in a stunning natural environment. There is a beach which is part of the famous restaurant "Karakter". You can make use of the general pool with our bar & fine dining restaurant "Koraal". For relaxation take a day to go to Spa "8 - the Experience". They offer treatments, massages and different saunas. We offer you an extra cleaning during your stay, which make your holiday very special. You will have the house cleaned, linen and towels changed so You can just enjoy yourself - for just extra 130 dolars (for four persons). We would recommend you to rent a car which is done by most travelers in Curaçao. That way you can easily explore the island (only 60 km in length) and get the most out of many activities, beaches and places to go and see. Coral Estate is located in the middle of the island and 20 minutes away from the airport. We had the most wonderful week!! Beautiful house, well kept, LOCATION!!. Views were out of this world. We loved being in the central part of the island with easy access to all of the beaches and activities. We enjoyed having access to the resort for restaurants, pizza and coffee. The only issue we had was the construction going on next door. The workers were very loud throughout the entire week - drilling, trucks, and conversation. We were warned of this ahead of time and provided late check out and an extra cleaning. We understand this is completely out of the home owner's ability to change!As mentioned many times in other reviews - Olga is an absolute GEM! She cooks, cleans and even grocery shops! She went WAY over and above for us - my son was sick and I asked her to recommend an urgent care option for him since it was late. I knew he needed an antibiotic since his symptoms were in line with the last time he had strep throat. The only option at that time was the hospital and after a very frustrating 4 hours, they refused to test him or provide the medication. Olga checked in with us in the morning to see how he was and when she heard the experience we had she came to the house, picked us up, drove us to her personal doctor, waited while we were seen, drove us to the pharmacy to get the prescription and drove us home. If she wasn't there I don't know what we would have done. She single handedly saved my son and our vacation! ##### Michelle C. Our family enjoyed this house with the amazing ocean views! We had 10 people consisting of two sets of grandparents, me and my husband, and then four young adults (ages 16-21). We had five bedrooms opened up for us (selecting the ocean facing options) and everyone had plenty of space to spread out.For anyone traveling in December, don't be scared by the "rainy season". For us, that meant one night of storms from midnight - 3 am and literally a few splashes of raindrops one day while we were in the ocean.However, be aware that the mosquitos are bad during rainy season on the island. Listen when Olga says to close up the bedroom windows at a certain time (or just leave them closed). We only ran the AC in the rooms from about 8 pm until we woke up and the electric bill wasn't too substantial.Speaking of Olga, she was great! She provided our initial tour and was also readily available if we had questions and responded very quickly.The kitchen area is bigger than it looks in the pictures. There are two refrigerators - one is just for produce, the other has the typical freezer/fridge set up.Several beaches are within a short drive and having the pool just steps from your rooms is amazing.Favorite excursions included:Private boat outing for 5 with ZUP board and Wakeboarding thru Trip and Treat and a Sunset cruise for everyone on a Catamaran Yacht through All Boat Charters.This was a wonderful vacation home to spend a relaxing week with family! ##### Sheila H. This worked out perfectly for our group, as everyone had their own space and their own bathrooms. We were a bit worried about going over on the electric and water, but we actually came in under. That is probably because I was constantly reminding everyone. Most night everyone used the AC, but we were careful to shut it off. We spent a lot of time out of the house, so that probably helped keep the cost down. We were thankful to receive from the host in advance very detailed info about the house, location, things to do, restaurants, etc. This helped us plan ahead since none of us had traveled to Curaçao before. The house is in a very nice gated community. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and breakfast our last morning and it was a little pricey but very nice. We did not use the beach, as it is man made and quite small. There are much nicer beaches within a short drive. Driving there is pretty easy. We would definitely recommend this house for a large group. It was very nice with an amazing view! ##### Amanda F. Our stay here was absolutely amazing! From the first moment that you enter the house, you are met with stunning views of the ocean and the coastline! Honestly, it's breathtaking! The property was clean and very well prepared for our weeklong stay. We were met by Olga who is the property manager. She was very knowledgeable on the property and the island and tended to us in whatever ways we needed. We also opted to have her come and cook a big breakfast for our group on the day of our wedding and it was amazing! Passionfruit juice, coffee, bread in all forms, salmon, and Greek yogurt with oats and fresh honey! I was blown away from this property and all that it has to offer! There are stunning views from every room in the house and the pool and surrounding outdoor area is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the island with friends. But ... the house needs some work and updating. On the first two days of our three-week visit the kitchen was not operational due to a broken pipe under the sink. The property manager was very responsive, but we lost time and use of kitchen waiting for repair. Toward the end of our visit the electricity in the kitchen went out. The property manager quickly located an electrician to make repair, but again we lost time in order to meet the electrician at the home. Overall, we recommend the house because of the terrific view. Please know that there are no screens on the windows and the main living spaces are open-air. So, during the rainy season there are many, many mosquitos in the home. If you stay at this home, make sure to ask Olga to cook for you. Our family loved the special meal she prepared for us. Thank you to Anthony and Olga for all they did! ##### kirsten k. Multiple rooms had severe water leakage after rain storms. People were getting wet at night from dripping, and puddles were forming on the floors. We even had to move some guests to a different room. Also, one of the AC units broke and leaked on one of the beds during the night. There is only one small kitchen garbage for the entire house, which means we were changing it out a couple times a day with our group size(12). Lastly, there was a regular sewage smell that would occur everyday at random times. After our stay I notified management of the issues, and tried to give them an opportunity to respond before I left this review. However, they did not seem concerned and stated that none of the problems had been reported to the onsite employee, which was false. Luckily I had proof via my WhatsApp chat with that employee during our stay. Overall disappointed in both the maintenance and management of this property. ##### Brandon R. This home has 3 levels, 7 bedrooms each with a full bathroom, 2 additional half baths, a beautiful kitchen, laundry room, and a private pool. I was the first to arrive, and then I met each person at the door to video their reactions.... yes, it's that beautiful! Rent the house. Bring friends. The house is as beautiful as the pictures indicate; the view was incredible. We have been traveling to Curacao for over 25 years and had stayed in many houses in Coral Estates. The design of the house is perfect for couples, each bedroom has it’s own modern bathroom and is extremely comfortable. The beds and pillows were absolutely perfect, great linens / towels. Each bedroom we used had a great view. The kitchen was good, two refrigerators, modern oven and stove. The pool was one of the nicest we have had in Coral Estates. The rollup doors worked perfectly with the sun. The amenities at Coral Estates are the best on the island, food, drink, and spa. Overall everything was great. Here are some opportunities for improvement, the pots and pans need to be replaced, burnt bottoms, flaking Teflon, etc… The outdoor furniture is weathered and dry rotting. Another big improvement and something I feel is necessary is to replace the charcoal grill with a gas grill. The charcoal is dirty and a pain to use as a person on vacation, we used it 3 times. Our understanding of electricity usage and charges was a bit of a shocker. We have never gone over the allotted electricity in any of our stays in the last 10 years at different villas. The problem was that we didn’t understand that there was no allotment of electricity for the bedrooms that comes with the rental price, this is different from other villas we have rented. You will get a little surprise when you get home that you owe money. For us the amount was almost the amount of the damage deposit. On the low end of usage we turned on the air only when we went to bed and turned it off in the morning, about 8 hours of running. We also had a charge for water usage, not sure how that happened, we didn’t wash scuba gear, just showers and washing dishes. We did wash off the deck every day because the iguana’s used the deck as a litterbox. One last thing about this house is that you are not allowed to put anything into the toilet, not even toilet paper, which is different for most of us Americans. Things to make sure you know before you go, you are required to buy/bring everything: garbage bags, toilet paper, kitchen spices, coffee, paper towels, etc….. Would I rent this house again, heck yes, it is fantastic! I hope they take some of my recommendations so that when I stay again. ##### David K.
