A shared bathroom with a shower and toilet caters to guests’ needs, and fresh, crisp linen and towels are provided. Guests can unwind in the spacious lounge area, which includes a television and a tranquil view of the lush garden filled with palm trees and tropical greenery. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the essentials, including an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and kettle, perfect for those looking to prepare meals. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply. The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 51 Mckenzie St, St Lucia, 3936\.
