Be Mindful of Noise • Observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM (local ordinance). • No events, parties, gatherings, or visitors allowed without prior written permission. • Noise complaints are taken seriously and may cause immediate termination of your stay. • Violation of noise or code enforcement policies will cause a $1000 fine. Report Any Issues Promptly • Report any cleaning concerns, damages, or malfunctioning amenities within the first 12 hours of check-in. We want the opportunity to correct any issues to ensure a comfortable stay. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we may be unable to address your concerns or offer remediation after your stay. • Guests are responsible for any and all damages, lost or stolen items, decor, furnishings, etc that occur during their stay. Noise Monitoring Devices & Three-Strike Rule • Strike 1: A warning will be issued via message or phone call. • Strike 2: If noise levels persist, a second warning will be issued via message or phone call. • Strike 3: Continued violations may result in immediate eviction/cancellation of stay with no refund. Safety Reminders • Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit are provided. • Use safety devices as needed and do not disable or remove them. The home is in excellent condition, and we especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen and dining area and multiple bedrooms. Along with the important basics of comfortable beds and and kitchen essentials, the little touches like a stocked coffee corner, specialty toiletries in the bathrooms, and layered bedding made our stay extra special. Street parking was tight on Friday night, but we were able to find spaces within the block, and were grateful to know the back alley was available if we needed it. We loved the convenient shopping and restaurants. The international festival in Tower Grove Park was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommend this home for your St Louis trip! ##### Sherry G.
