Whether you are just getting away for the weekend or looking for an extended stay, I am committed to creating comfortable experiences for my guests. I offer contact-free check-in, 24/7 virtual support which limits in-person interaction, and professional cleanings in which ALL the linens are cleaned.  
  
★ Living Room: comfy seating along with flat-screen TV  
★ Dining Area: four-seater dining table  
★ Kitchen: stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with essential cookware, dishes & glassware  
★ Bathroom: tub/shower combo with plenty of storage  
★ 2 Bedrooms: one king bed and one full bed  
★ Laundry: W/D in unit

★ PETS: must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the backyard, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.   
  
\- Short Term Stays: $50 per pet  
\- Long Term Stays (stays over 28 nights): $125 per pet fee  
  
★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE & ESSENTIALS:   
Short Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay but extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks a starter kit of supplies will be provided and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.   
  
Long Term Stays (over 28 nights): Total cleaning fee $300 and a starter kit of supplies will be provided and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
