Staff very friendly! Breakfast was terrific. Only thing was disappointed our living room window was filthy looked like a little kid with the messy hands smeared all over!

- Found a dirty sock in our bed - top sheet was used as a base sheet - door next to our room was kicked in - a few other experiences not great so we left after 20 min. The front desk clerk was super nice and friendly, but not somewhere I felt comfortable staying with kids

I hated everything about the entire stay from the extra fees the hold on my debit card room not clean on a daily no new towels the staff service just a all around terrible experience

The only problem was the cleaning. The mirror and microwave were cloudy like they used a dirty rag to just wipe them down. Besides that everything went well.

The manager was very kind and helped with all of our needs. But wish we didn’t have any needs in the first place. Tub water constantly flowing, no wires connecting the tv, unable to use, left over food and drinks from the previous guest. So I know the place wasn’t cleaned properly in the first place. Garbage everywhere behind the tv dresser. Couch was terribly stained, felt uncomfortable to even seat on it the way it looked so I threw the extra sheet over it. Booked for the hot tub but the hot tub broke the day we got there. Locations was great though for why I was in town. Close to downtown and to many activities near the city. Zoo, aquarium etc.

The room was great! However, my granddaughters were planning to swim. The pool water in the indoor pool was so dirty they couldn’t. We reported it to the front desk and they said the pool cleaners hadn’t been there all week. This isn’t acceptable.

Carpet missing in room from someone cutting it out. Fridge had dents in it Toliet seat had pee and nastyness on it They charge 18$ to have your car in the parking lot Food in fold out couch so kids slept in our bed.

When we checked in our bathroom was dirty. It had a used towl hanging on the door, there was hair in the bath tub, crumbs all over the office chair and the floor. We called the front desk and instead of offering a new room they sent the maintenance guy in to clean everything. After being gone for several hours we pulled our blanket down to go to sleep and thier was dried blood spots on the comforter. I want my money back and will NEVER use this hotel again.

At 3am we woke up. Our room was freezing. Tge heating system wasn’t working. Our room was 59 degrees or less. I had to go down to the front desk because no one answered the phone. We got put into another room that hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest. But, at least it had heat.

Our toilet did not flush and the bedroom tv did not work. It took forever to even find a trash can but finally found a very small one under the kitchen sink. They did give us another room but really need updates. Breakfast was good. Also you half to pay for parking while staying there. One night was $18.

Price was very reasonable for a suite with kitchen. Did not have any cleaning service during four night stay. Inquired about service because the room was out of body wash- told rooms were serviced every three days, would be tomorrow- did not happen throughout stay. Have laundry, which is great. Says supplies available at desk. At desk, told “we don’t have detergent. Staff didn’t order any.” Ran out of coffee pods and asked at desk. Given decaf. Asked for caff. Told not immediately available, will deliver to room. Never arrived. Nice to have on site breakfast with lovely staff.

The property isn’t bad, but the carpet in our room leading to the bathroom was torn and carpet tacks were exposed which my husband cut his foot on. The wall above the shower head was peeling/moldy. The toiletry bottles in the shower were empty

Stayed in worse but this def not upscale
Prepare yourself...First parking is 18.90 a day which why should we have to pay anything there was no gate that opened or closed. Next when you get to room flip the latch over. Someone else could be assigned to your room. We had a family walk in on ours. Next bring cleaners there was mouse poop in our bathroom and one of our drawers there was mouse poop on pot holder. In our 2nd room the pull out bed sheet had holes from a mouse. The trash cans were so tiny had to keep asking for trash bags. The ceiling in bathroom was flaking off so bathrooms need updating. When using shower use caution the water in 604 would be perfect temperature and then burn your skin off temp. Oh and cant use tv control in frontroom because bedroom tv will change too. Lol Breakfast was good, the people preparing/serving/cleaning tables were amazing!

When we checked into our room, we found the trash had not been emptied, the carpet had not been vacuumed (lots of things on the floor including hair ties and food), kitchen counters sticky and bathroom tub dirty. When we went to desk because we could call front desk from room, they gave us a bottle of cleaner and a sponge

We enjoyed our stay and staff was friendly but upon checking into our room we discovered blood stain on mattress protector, dirty spot on couch bed sheet did not looked like it was changed. Hair and dirt in bathroom drawers so unable to put things in there. Shampoo from previous guest still in the bathroom. Dried pasta in pullout bed, dried cheese on floor, phones didn't work. Wall outlet in master bedroom didn't work. Dirty linen in corner of closet. It looked like the room had not been cleaned properly. We were not unhappy with the hotel or staff at all in general just the condition of the room.
