We were given and adjoining room. I could see the light of the TV all night along with the entire conversation the other people were having. I could also hear the other people snoring as if they were in our room.

Easy check in, place was very clean. Needed better lightening in bathroom and a towel rack for when you get out of shower. Bed was a little lumpy.

Hotel and staff were amazing. Casino players club staff, not as much. You would think that since we were first timers, they would have been a little nicer. They seemed put out that we needed new cards and one woman was rude and scolded me because I was in the wrong line. Overall our stay was really good.

Check in was a joke Ordered a room with two queens. Got to the hotel and was told they were sorry but they overbooked and all we could get was a rollaway. Wouldn’t upgrade so we had to take what was given (non refundable reservation) on check out we waited over 40 minutes for a staff member to come to desk I searched all over for someone to help Check Us out to no avail. My daughter called the bellhop number and found a staff member that could help us. A huge place like this understaffed, yet all the casino machines were working on taking peoples money The staff said people called in sick and she would try to help us and others She did finally get us through checkout and we were on our way. Still shaking my head on the overbooking and no staff on checkout.

I would have liked better in room amenities. The dispensers in the shower were very difficult to use. We could barely squeeze them enough to get product out!

Loved that the elevators are secured from non-guests. The room we had was great except the sitting chair was extremely small I am 5'3 small framed woman amd it was uncomfortable for me. Bathroom is amazing!!

This place was nearly perfect for our stay! The only thing that can be improved is the area on the 2nd floor by the elevators…it smells like sewer for some reason. Everywhere else is fine and beautiful!

We had to call to have the room cleaned after arrival. The carpeting had white shredded material throughout. Empty restaurant still requested reservations when we walked in. Food in the restaurant was delicious & the bartender was great!

I think the hotel overall is really nice. The staff are great. The room was really nice wity exception of the bathroom not being clean & fridge not working. When I called, housekeeping came and cleaned the bathroom right away. Maintenance got the fridge working. They responded in a reasonable time too. Overall we were pleased with our room & accommodations.
