Charming Brownstone with Character – Clean & Comfortable Stay

Stayed at this old brownstone in St. Louis and found it to be a solid choice. The place had plenty of character, with its historic charm still intact. It was clean and well-maintained, though a bit on the spartan side—functional but not overly cozy. That said, everything was adequate for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made the experience hassle-free. Overall, a great option for those who appreciate a bit of history and simplicity in their accommodations.

Perfect Basecamp for your St Louis Adventure!

We had a fantastic stay here! The property was the perfect size for our group of four adults, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet, making it easy to get a good night's rest.One of the best parts was the location—almost everything we wanted to do was within a 15-minute drive! From amazing restaurants to fun attractions, we loved how convenient it was to get around. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable.If you're looking for a cozy and centrally located place to stay in St. Louis, this is it! Highly recommended.P.S. there's some great restaurants in the neighboring Soulard community!

Short, but sweet

I stayed at this property listed before, and therefore I felt comfortable booking this property again. The host is very responsive, and the consistency in the condition of the property is proof that you cannot go wrong by choosing this spot. Contrary to belief, lightning can strike twice in the same place. Cheers! Michelle
