I checked into my room and found out that my toilet wouldn’t flush staff wouldn’t do anything about it. They couldn’t put me in another room. They sent maintenance upstairs to fix my toilet. My toilet still does not flush the ladies at the front desk. Told me there’s nothing they can do about it, this was one of the most horrible I’ve ever had in my life

This property is run down and dirty. I would not recommend this Hilton Garden. The bathroom smelled of sewage. The shower was moldy and dirty.

Area around hotel a little sketchy but the hotel itself seemed safe. Full time security guard kept watch on the property and cars in lot. Good service and reliable 24/7 shuttle to airport was nice

Fridge n the room did not work take the ice inside had to take it outside The coffee pot was not working. Yeah I was right next to the ice machine . It was not working. I think it would’ve been better if they had a check to make sure that everything was working wasn’t worth the money I paid toward it

Once you reach the third floor, at any rate, it is dank and smells of mildew, a smell which lingered in our clothing after our return home, forcing us to wash everything. Smell was worst in halls but also present in room. (Thank god we were returning, not starting a trip with foul smelling clothes.) "Sorry, hot water takes 15 minutes to arrive on your floor," we were told after asking (and foregoing a morning shower). Room AC unit, struggling to clear humidity in vain, ranged in noise level from lawnmower to jet engine. Service friendly but not competent: decent breakfast at low rate when you reserve, but plates, hot water, and cutlery were all missing and had to be asked for. Room was huge (a sitting room with couch, desk, comfy chair in addition to bedroom and bathroom) but all that space isn't worth much given other issues.

Overall, my stay was good. I was a little disappointed that their wasn't complimentary breakfast. This was the first Hilton Garden I stayed in without complimentary breakfast.

First of all, the pool was only open until nine which is quite ridiculous if you ask me. Never have I ever been to a hotel where the pool closes anytime before 10 pm and usually it's more like 11 pm. Second of all, this seems like a hotel that would have complimentary breakfast because it was not a nice enough hotel to make you pay. Third of all, the hotel reeked of marijuana. Fourth of all, the online pictures of the hotel are very misleading. It does not look nearly as nice in person.

We appreciated a list of local places to go eat given by the front desk. The hotel was clean with easy access to the freeway. The staff was friendly and helpful.
