The smell of the very best Italian cuisine is in the air. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, grocery stores, a piazza, and gelato! Even a pet eatery for the fur babies! One of the most walkable and family and pet friendly neighborhoods in St. Louis and you are going to love it! The space Centrally located to everything St. Louis has to offer! Just off highways 44 and 40/64. Located on a quiet, family and pet friendly street in a very walkable neighborhood. Rear private parking pad and open street parking available. Park with playground and splash pad located across the street. Guest access: On site free parking on the street and behind the house on a private parking pad. This is one of the best VRBO's that we have stayed in that also considers all that you need for your dogs. As native St. Louisans we were thrilled to return to the vibrant Hill neighborhood. Its central location near The Missouri Botanical Garden, Forest Park, major highways and delicious restaurants and coffee shops (within walking distance)was perfect. Our host Lisa was very accommodating especially on Christmas Day. The home is lovely with updated bathrooms, wood floors, and top of the line kitchen appliances. The parking pad in back was an added bonus. I highly recommend staying here when visiting St. Louis! ##### Evie P. It was so clean and adorable. The Hill is a fantastic neighborhood and the location of this house puts you in walking distance to all the best spots for coffee, food and drinks! This house has everything you need for a relaxing stay in St. Louis. The house was clean and had everything you could ever need to survive the week including some extra things that made the kids smile. We did not have any pets but it was pet ready as well. The neighborhood is super safe in the Italian district. There are restaurants on EVERY CORNER and they are all amazing. There is a playground right by the house that we went to every day to play. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again! ##### Megan W.
