Enjoy a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, & cozy living room. Outside relax in a private backyard with fire pit, grill, seating — plus a roomy 3-car garage. Dog-friendly stays welcome \*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed. PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival. Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following: If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $300\. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250\. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. We are a small family business doing work all over the US. We were not taking away any days of rental, if anything we would have needed to add an additional 2 weeks. All we needed to do was change the dates to dates he verified were available. We went with someone else for the additional weeks! Someone with compassion and understanding that sometimes life happens and things become out of our control. His unwillingness to help ended up costing us an additional 1500\. This location provided the family a place close to the airport, restaurants, and the historical district gave the family a great place to walk around. We enjoyed the local shops and the Lewis and Clark Museum and Boat house. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The home was clean, well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the home was overall-inviting. For an older home, the decor and electronics (TV's and kitchen appliances) were modern and felt comfortable. The family all agreed that if we come to the area again, it would be a place we would stay. There are steep stairs to the full bathroom so it may not work for other families, but it worked well for us. ##### Juanita C.
