PETS: Guest and the Occupants shall have the right to have 2 dogs (s) on the Premises with a maximum limit of 50 pounds per dog. For the right to have dogs(s) on the Premises, Owner shall charge a fee of $125, per dog, per stay, second pet fee will be charged via platform. $300 refundable deposit (Hold on card) fully refundable if and only if no damages or cleaning are necessitated by reason of the pet(s) being at the Premises. Guest is solely and wholly responsible for any and all damage that any pet causes, regardless of the ownership of said pet, and hereby agrees to restore the Premises to its original condition at Guest’s sole expense. Guest shall pay to Owner all monies due for damages caused by any pet immediately upon demand. 2\. Lifeguard: No lifeguard on duty for the bathtub or hot tub. Use at your own risk. 3\. The place was spotless and felt like a true home away from home, with a well‑equipped kitchen and a welcoming fireplace. I travel a lot, and this spot stood out: soaking in the hot tub and firing up the barbecue grill were definite highlights after days spent exploring.The location couldn’t be better. It’s within walking distance of the Family Arena and just a short drive to downtown St. Charles, the historic district, and even the Ameristar Casino if you’re feeling lucky. Being so close to I‑70 made getting around effortless, and St. Louis Airport is just a quick trip away, which made my travel logistics a breeze.Despite being so accessible, the chalet feels secluded and peaceful. It was the perfect base for me to mix relaxation with sightseeing and work travel. I truly can’t say enough good things about the host—Matthew was super fast with replied, attentive, friendly, and hands down the best host I’ve ever stayed with. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates comfort, convenience and top‑notch hospitality. ##### Deepu M. The 2nd bedroom was very small and while it technically could sleep two, with the bottom mattress pulled out, it just wasn't the best experience.
