The house is close to the Zoo, Forest Park, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Washington University, and Central West End. It is within short driving distance to Saint Louis University, St. Louis Down Town, Soulard, Busch Stadium, Fabulous Fox Theater, Scottrade Center and Missouri Botanical Garden. Direct and easy access to both I-64 and I-44\. Come experience St. Louis from the beautiful Historic Irish Dogtown!! Other property: We have another duplex building in Soulard that is walking distance to Anheuser Busch brewery as well as close to Busch Stadium, Soulard Farmers market, Ballpark Village, Arch and other attractions. There is also back deck and patio along with patio furniture. Both units can easily accommodate 10 people and is perfect for friends and family traveling together, but still wanting privacy. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be staying here for my yearly trip to STL. Owners were very friendly and quick to repsond when contacted. We did not have any issues with this house. Liked that it has 2 BR's that are on opposite ends of the house.
