une blague...
Nous avons du changer trois dois de chambre à notre arrivée... la première n'ayant pas d'eau dans la salle de bain ni de serviettes. La seconde n'ayant pas de lumière dans la salle de bain et des serviettes tachées... quant à la troisième elle n'avait pas de frigo... mais après tous ces déménagements on s'en sera passé. Par contre pas de femme de ménage le matin, et tour ce qu'on a su nous répondre c'était qu'il n'y en avait tout simplement pas... côté insonorisation c'est vraiment pas ça, avec l'autoroute qui passe juste à côté je vous laisse imaginer les deux magnifiques nuits que nous avons passés !

Un motel typique. Très bien... pour une nuit d'étape, pas de surprises :) Accès pratique à l'autoroute (juste à côté) et prix défiant toute concurrence :)

don't stay here unless you have no other choice
worst hotel experience ever! Room was filthy, floors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped in a month, housekeeping was smoking in the room, didn't leave towels or washcloths. I had to go to the office everyday for them. we had to ask 3 times for extra pillows & a working remote for the tv, after waiting half an hour in the lobby for someone to come to the desk to check us in (we arrived half an hour after check-in time started), & the pillows smelled like mildew. also they advertise as newly remodeled rooms, since when is only painting a room remodeling it?

The staff was very friendly, but did not make up for the green pool. The room was not very clean. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor. They gave me a pan and several towels. I took care of the clean up. I have stayed in hotels for the same price that were taken better care of.

Not a good experience.
Room was not made up during half my stay, 5 days. Little or no hot water. Front door of my room was broken. Peep hole was also broken out, had to stuff a paper towel in the hole.

The staff was in pajama bottom for clothes. I requested a crib and they had one for 200 plus rooms and it was already in use. When we went down to breakfast they ran out of plates and cups. I will not stay at this hotel again. As far as the room u could see daylight from under the door and hear every noise there was outside.

Fridge was not plugged in. Only half of the plug ins worked. There was old food left in the fridge. An old sock was found in the floor. It's close to the highway so you hear traffic all night. Bed was comfy.

I was bitten by something and when I reported it to the office they said they were not aware of bed bugs! I never said that so I'm assuming they knowingly rent units infested with bed bugs. I left a day early and they refused to refund..

Do NOT stay at this hotel.
I was there for 3 nights, no one cleaned my room. I get my room, and it was dirty, so the person working the counter gave me another room. My reservation was for smoking, but they said it was not. But told me to smoke in the room anyway. I had to go everyday to get my key to work. Had hadwood floors, never seen a hotel like that. If I could have gotten a refund, I sure would have and went to another hotel. Never will I stay at that hotel again, and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone!!! Was not worth the money I paid for it.

told us room was remodeled dont think they had started yet looked like it was out of the 50s 1 dresser couldnt plug in all of my medical equiptment they did t have any more rooms had too run to walmart to but a power strip to use never stay there again

Worst place to stay with a roof over you.
The place was not clean. We had to change rooms right off the bat, because did not have any paper products,no phone,no towels. The bathroom faucet did not have any hot water. The fire alarm was disassembledoing and layer out on table. The next room did have a phone,but it did not work. Oh did I mention these rooms were not clean.

This room was nasty, didn't look very clean had holes in the bathroom wall coat rack was on the floor. Desk worker smelled like alcohol.

STAY FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL! TERRIBLE!
Stay elsewhere! I urge you- stay somewhere else. The first room they assigned was occupied (bed unmade, personal items, towels on the floors, etc.) The second room had no towels, soap, tissues, or toilet paper. The lock on the door adjoining this room to the next just spun-there was no deadlock, and the door didn't latch (they had the dresser in front of it blocking it). The latch on the front door hung by one screw and the deadbolt didn't lock. The walkways to the rooms were dark-absolutely NO light (we used the flashlights on our phones). The area was fine, but the parking lot was very sketchy (I.E. Tacoma truck with only a shovel and ropes in the back illegally parked in dark corner). We decided to stay elsewhere (we recommend the Fairfield Inn down the street-that's where we went and they were great). When we decided to stay elsewhere we were assured it wouldn't charge my card, but it did and their customer service was a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Thankfully hotels.com was able to help me get my refund since the many people at Super 8 refused/didn't care/called my details "annoying little details." If you value your money, time, and safety stay at a different hotel.

Checked in early. Got key and was told they were cleaning rooms. Great. Just needed key. Family was going to six flags and wouldn't be back until late. Got back and room had not been touched. Still had previous guests stuff in it. Went to talk to front desk and night crew was awesome. He changed rooms immediately. Apologized for inconvenience and did what he could to accommodate. Not the best experience but night staff tried. Could be cleaner, but didn't expect top of line either.

Checked in at 6:30 pm, went to the casino and returned at 11 pm. Went to bed, woke up to get a drink of water and when i turned on the light there was roaches on the bed, i imediately got my things and went to the fromt desk and told the attendant, he asked me if i wanted another room, i replyed absolutely not, no refund or anything else was offered

Exterior needed lots of repairs, painting, parking lot dips, hole in roof in building by pool. Room was ok. Clean. The hot water kept changing from cool to warm. Bed was a bit hard for me. Pretty much typical for low cost rooms though. Only about 5 channels on the tv. One movie channel that was available in the evening, not in the morning. Most other channels were golf and baseball. Towels were two bath, one floor towel and one wash cloth. It was a two queen bed room.

This motel would never meet Super 8 Standards. The person at the front desk was fine but seemed almost apologetic. No hot running water at lavatory. The mattresses are like slabs of rock. The electronic lock on entry door was broke. The front desk person had to let me in each time I left. I travel a lot and was really disappointed

Pick a Different Hotel!
First thoughts on arrival, 'Oh dear. This place is skeevey.' If I could have gotten a refund for cancelling, I would have gone elsewhere. The parking lot is half gravel and half pot-holed pavement. The buildings are completely run down. It did not feel at all like a safe neighborhood. The room was dirty, the toilet and tub clearly had not been scrubbed (though the towels were fresh). There were mosquitoes & gnats everywhere in the lot and several in the room. Sheets had hairs and stains. It was gross. I got a fresh set of sheets and blanket from the front desk. These "clean" sheets also had stains and the blanket had cigarette burn holes. No mattress pad on the beds, TV had lousy reception, wifi is an open network (no password). All rooms with exterior doors feels unsafe. I only felt safe because I knew my dogs would wake the dead if someone tried to enter our room. All in all, worst night of my cross-country drive. Would never stay at this location again and will probably never stay at a Super 8 again. I'll just pay an extra $20 and know that I'll get clean, safe accommodations. It's worth the extra money. This was not worth the cheap price.

The door didn't latch. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Parking there wasn't really a parking lot. The swimming pool was closed due to contamination. The room had a bad smell when you walked in. I felt like we were in the ghetto

The shower was fine, the wi-fi worked and the bed was good too. Our lamp wouldn't work as it did not have a plug. There were NO hooks to hang anything - no toilet paper holder - the towels were not "pure white" but they were fluffy. 3 shirtless guys sat in the yard drinking beer.

Horrible Hotel
This was the WORST stay ever in St. Louis!! This hotel is the filthiest place I have stayed. On top of that, we got locked out 2 times, when our room key would not work! We had the housekeeper confront us at our room, when we had made a complaint to the front desk - NEVER have I had such an unpleasant stay in a hotel!!! Fenton, MO is an adorable town, but this hotel needs to be deleted from this town - it has given it a poor reputation!! To top it off, we never even got offered some kind of discount, another room, another hotel for that matter! This is one hotel that I will NOT pass on to anyone to stay at - but everyone WILL be aware of how unsafe, unsanitary, and unpleasant this hotel is!!
