I emailed and called several (5-6) times before and on the way there to obtain this information. I had to contact VRBO and get them to intervene just so we could find out how to access our keys and where to park. It was a great location—close to the convention center, but our trip got cut short due to Corona virus. I contacted the owner via text and the message system to discuss early check out, and still have heard nothing (3 days have passed). It is a nice place but the communication needs improvement. A lot of places are being more lenient on change of plans due to corona Virus but I can’t even get the owner to respond to me. If the owner offered a partial refund (1/2 or even 25%) I would be very satisfied, but she will not contact me or respond to my messages. ##### Rae B.
