Staff was friendly and quick. Breakfast was filling, parking was easy. Pool was well taken care of. Exercise room was basic and we found a steep hill next to the hotel that worked well for getting a good workout in.

I am very upset with our stay. I paid almost $200 for a king suite with a Jacuzzi tub in the room which didn't work and one of the jets was missing, there was plaster or some gard substance in the bottom of the tub. Our door to our room did not lock properly. When I tried to address this with the hotel staff I was completely dismissed while they walked off and answered phone calls.

Chunck of hair in sheets, stains on comforter had stains, door lock been borken off(looked like room was broke into) toilet seat was much smaller than toilet, the elevator was very load and shaking and there was blood on outside of bathtub. Had it not been 11:30pm and prepaid we would have demanded a refund and left. Front desk didn't seem to care.

I had been assured a room on the 3rd floor, which was most likely to be a pet-free room because I'm allergic to pets. We were given a 2nd floor room, but since we were later due to traffic, I can let that go. The tv would't come on - I looked behind the tv and couldn't see much. It was dusty and the fridge and microwave were plugged into the same area. When checked out I told them the tv wouldn't work - they said it was probably unplugged! I was told the hotel was full so why wouldn't they have all the rooms ready to go, including tvs plugged in?!!! There were stains on the carpet - a stain on my bed cover. Amenities were ok and the breakfast was OK - just standard items, nothing fancy. I expected more from this hotel.

We had a wonderful time until we came back to the room the afternoon of Saturday after we had our day in St Louis and there were bugs FLOODING out of the corner of the jacuzzi tub. They were unfortunately sold out so we had to find a new hotel last minute.

The room smelled like smoke. It wasn't the cleanest hotel I've been in. We just stopped for about 9!hours to get a little sleep so didn't want to add any time trying to get another room. It was a great location and easy on and off the freeway.

Upon requesting bedding for the sofa bed, we were told to come fetch it yourselves from reception. When we collected the bedding, there was no pillow provided and we were told that they are out of pillows. The bedding on the bed was not clean, it had conspicuous stains. The blanket provided for the sofa bed was terrible (in terms of quality and appearance). The process of booking in took far too long. Our toilet kept on running throughout the night. Definitely not worth the money spent to stay there.

The whole place was dirty. Missing drawer in the bedroom dresser, disgusting windows and trash in the let. The elevator sounds like it’s going to fall apart every time we used it. We will never stay there again.

The Elevator was very shaky and I did not feel comfortable at all in it. Then there was just cleanliness concerns.The remote and some of the tea bags left in the room had sticky chunks of something on them. The chair in my room had a white stain on it that was questionable. Shower curtain was a dirty yellow. Went upstairs to the ice machine and there was a dirty crib and fold up bed just in the hall next to it. The staff that checked me in was wonderful and I didn’t really have contact with them other than check in and check out.

Our room had what looked to be mold growing on the walls, the carpet was wet and the sheets were dirty. Smelt like a pack of cigarettes as well. We were in our room for about 15 minutes before we packed our bags to go stay somewhere else. 10/10 would not recommend.

We had a bad experience. The facility was dirty, and the original non-smoking room they placed us in was full of cigarette smoke; which then, resulted in them placing us in another room that was only a slight bit better. The pool was cold but it is January! The man at the front, Roger, was rude and refused to give a hotel folio upon vacating the next morning due to us booking through a third party. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was stayable and safe, but not great otherwise. The room had an odd musty smell. A tile came up from the floor when I was walking around. The bed was comfortable and clean, but the couch and carpet were stained. The fixtures in the bathroom wobbled. Everything felt rather old and run down. But the breakfast was good

Check in was easy. I booked two rooms,one for me and my fiance and one for my son and his family. We had the King with the Jacuzzi (#131) and it was great. The water was hot, the room was clean BUT they only gave us 3 towels. 2 people that would use the Jacuzzi AND shower the next morning with only 3 bathroom towels? Not a good plan. My son's room wasn't what I had hoped(124). It had laminant flooring, that was very odd to me, and it had a strange smell, I called it minty/spearmint maybe? My son said it smelled like the puke powder from when he was in elementary school. They opted not to complain because they wanted to be close to us. Also, it felt like the room had left over things in it, rather used looking furniture and it was oddly spread out and just looked like a strange set up. The breakfast was as expected,the grand kids loved the waffles and the yogurt. The coffee was great. The breakfast attendant was very nice, helpful and always checking and refilling. Great job! She even helped a woman in a wheel chair get what she needed and set her up to eat as well. The pool was not very heated. We were told a technician would be there on Sunday, well were were there Th-Sunday a.m. so that was a bummer. Many people came, felt it and left. My grand kids played in it for short periods at a time. I never went in with them. Also, no hot tub. Bummed. Over all my was fine, clean, friendly. I'm STILL waiting for them to refund my 100 00 deposit though!

The lady working feont desk was so nice and she even let us switch rooms to a better room that fit us. The chair is the room had alot of stains on it and one of the jets didnt work in the hot tub but other then that we had a great stay. We will be back. Thank you.
