This place is an older home tucked away on the edge of a state park. It was a 30 minute drive from everything we wanted to do (from downtown St. Louis activities, to Eureka, to Meramec River adventures) which was perfect! Because it is an older home, expect creaky stairs and smaller spaces. All the furniture was SO COMFORTABLE! The beds, sofa, and chairs were perfect for relaxing. My brother and I signed up for pickleball tournament at the Missouri Pickleball Club and stayed in this place with my two nieces who cheered us on. I have been accused of being a snob when it comes to comfort of beds and this place was excellent. My brother took bedroom upstairs with firmer mattress and I took the softer mattress in the downstairs bedroom. The girls had the 2 twins in the third bedroom. Everyone said the beds were very comfortable. We had great time as a family in the house.
