The property is located right on the water's edge of Spinola Bay, and is just a short walk from local restaurants and shops, and is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area.

Kitchen| equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, stove, cookware, dinnerware, and anything our guests will require to prepare your own meal.  
  
Spacious Living area having a double sofa bed and a two-seater sofa, 55inch Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, you tube etc) and a dining table which easily fits 6 people for all the guests to live in comfort. Also accessible from the living area a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking Spinola Bay.  
  
Master Bedroom with ensuite,   
Included with bed linen /blanket / tog / bath / hand towel per guest.  
Main bathroom completing with washing machine and hairdryer.  
Lift available in the common parts.
