Situated in the vibrant heart of Malta\`s entertainment district, this cozy retreat offers a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed for the third guest. The private living area includes a convenient sofa bed a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for short/long term rentals. Complimentary strong WiFi and refreshing air conditioning throughout home is available. All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| Living room offers a cozy retreat with a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Natural light floods the room through large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. SOFA BED is available for an extra guest if needed. Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, with all utensils and necessary amenities provided. We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special. 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. Very important notes before booking: 1\. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 2\. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 3\. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 4\. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand. 5\. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 6\. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights) \- Shower gels \- Liquid Soap \- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) \- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage \- Garbage bags \- Linens for the bed \- 2 Towels per person 7\. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.
