The apartment is equipped with all amenties for a comfortable stay, making it good for both short & extended stays. Enjoy the summer breeze in the private balcony while taking in the beauty of the surroundings. High-speed Wifi available for those wishing to catch up on work & AC also included. NOTE: Reception is available from the morning till around 4pm which will attend your needs. Building is very secure, and is equipped for both short and long term rentals. The local bus service operates regular routes to popular destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and the nearby beaches, making it a convenient and affordable way to get around. For those who prefer to travel by taxi, there are several taxi stands in the area, and we would be happy to help arrange a taxi for you upon request. If you\`re looking to explore the island independently, renting a car is a great option. There are several car rental companies located nearby, and we would be happy to provide recommendations. For those who prefer to explore on foot, the location of our suites in the heart of St Julians means that many of the area\`s top attractions and amenities are within easy walking distance. With Spinola Bay just a stone\`s throw away, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the waterfront, take a dip in the Mediterranean, or indulge in a meal at one of the many waterfront restaurants. Very important notes before booking: \- Many of the language schools are at a walking distance, making it perfect for short and longer term rentals, with access to a very strong WIFI. 1\. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro) 2\. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises.
