"We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool local vibe to the stay! The location is also fantastic—within easy walking distance of everything in Downtown Sanford. We would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was in a great location, super close to downtown, which made everything easy to walk to. The beds were very comfortable, and the place had everything we needed. We loved the little extra touches like the Keurig, bottled water, and toiletries. Even noticed a few ponchos in the game closet! Overall, a clean, cozy spot and a great place to stay. We’d definitely come back!"

"Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun."

"Delightful experience. Great location. Host was accomodating. The stairs were a challenge for us, but we're old, yet still active. The deck would benefit from attention (support post and furnishings). Pleased with heating and cooling as the temperatures during our 1 week stay ranged from 86 to 35. Overall a good stay."
