### Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Luxurious Downtown Room

We are located right above one of the newest and most exciting restaurants in town on the ground floor- Portage!  
  
These are large, quiet, luxurious rooms that have shared common spaces (kitchenette and laundry room) with other guests. The room itself is large and comfortable, with a soaker tub and separate shower, a large flat screen TV, and a king bed.   
  
Right on the oldest commercial street in North America, we are right next to the thriving entertainment district of Water Street (including the pedestrian mall), and an easy walk to George Street or Signal Hill, with a view of the Harbour from some rooms! We are also located close to a variety of cafes and convenience stores, and within walking distance to Signal Hill!  
  
You will be able to enter the property at any time of day or night with a code-based entry system. There is a local bus system available, as well as numerous taxi companies. For parking, we would recommend either on-street parking for overnights, or there is a garage underneath the hotel across the street from us with paid parking.   
  
Our checkin and checkout process should be easy and frictionless, however if there is anything at all we can do to make your stay easier or more comfortable please don't hesitate to reach out!

Really enjoyed my stay! The room was big, modern, and super comfortable. Kind of odd that you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the elevator, and the lighting could’ve been a little brighter, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a great spot and I’d stay again.
