Host communication is excellent, he was very responsive and worked hard to solve an issue we had. The issue we had is the lack of sound barrier in the stairway and upstairs property as the upstairs tenant often came to life from 3:30am-5:30 or 7am (a herd of elephants in the unit above and running up and down the stairway repeatedly is an analogy that comes to mind), waking us up and keeping us awake.
