Great view of signal hill from the balcony/front porch. Bonus hot tub makes the view even nicer! Hot tub was very clean. Bed was quite comfortable, seemed to be memory foam. Saw a few bugs inside the property; only real negative, if that bothers you. Parking was a bit difficult, as you have to back up hill quite a ways and get as close to the guard rail as possible so others can get around you.
