Only thing I was not happy with was having to pay an additional $25 plus tax for parking.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating, got an early check in which I appreciated! It’s also so close to everything in St. John’s. The downtown core of any city comes with its downsides & there was many times in my 3 nights I was approached by homeless & even saw someone in the parkade checking cars.. this is not the properties fault at all just don’t leave anything in the car in the area!

The parking was very confusing As It seemed that I had to pay for Parking which I did and on my way out I meet the Gentleman and he told me that Parking was free for people who stayed at the hotel. I did not have time to go back in and question it But if it was free I paid $15:75 for no reason which I am not happy about. Other then that , our stay was great

Perhaps a parking attendant of the connecting office tower but parking is not free for hotel guests. We do not own or operate the garage. All downtown b hotels charge for parking and this information is on both the hotel website as well as Expedia/Hotels.com site. Glad your stay was great notwithstanding and hope to welcome you again in future.

Needs a Little Attention to Detail
We had a great stay here and the starbucks was an added bonus. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I did notice how the closet door was missing in our room and the grab bars in the showers were very rusty. Our toilet never flushed right first or last even though they tried to fix it for us. The amt of garbage out around the main doors was really bad looking. It was there for the 4 nights we stayed. Never touched. As well the same dirt was on the lobby mats by the sofas for the whole time we were there so obviously not cleaned for atleast 4 days. Such a beautiful hotel. Just needs a little added touch.

The Staff went above and beyond to make our stay a nice one! I stayed at many hotels in St John's because getting a flight closer to my parents in Gambo is expensive..It's was a Anniversary celebration as well during this stay...I will pick this hotel over other fine ones in the future..They are Awesome!

I enjoyed our stay only think i didnt like we had a warm fridge it wasn't plugged in so our drinks were warm until fridge got up to cold temp, had to go get buckets of ice and lay drinks in sink covered in ice
