My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. « Breezy Bottom was a beautiful accommodation in the Coral Bay Area. Worked out great for us to snorkel all of the bays and beaches on that quieter beautiful side of St John. The place itself is equipped with EVERYTHING that we needed. Even an air fryer! Very clean, comfortable beds, air in the bedrooms, Fans if needed. Plenty of towels. Beach chairs etc. Beautiful mountain views. Once Christina texted me the dropped pin it was easy to locate. I felt safe there because it had a driveway gate and...

« This place is a hidden gem!! the rooms are rundown, but have what you need. They even have extra beach gear, including bags, towels, toys to borrow.Dave and Karen run it like a bed-and-breakfast -where they take care of their guests and they encourage guests to get to know each other. We met a lot of nice people during the rum punch happy hour and breakfast time. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. John! »

« This property was excellent especially for us a family of 4 with teenage kids. The space was great and the location was easy enough to get to. The amenities were excellent, from a fully outfitted kitchen to great beach resources such as chairs, cooler & snorkel equipment. »

« Don't be fooled! Firstly, this is not a villa, it's essentially a cabana around a bunch of other ones connected to each other. There are lights directly outside of the room (and no curtains, just transparent, paper thin cloth) that go on and off all night, every time a car drives by, illuminating the entire bedroom. If you try and hang in the living room at night, the stadium lights from the car barge light everything up and ruin the view. The pillows were the worst, they were only the giant...
