We checked in by grabbing keys and car tag from lockbox — very easy! The suites are located in a market area with about 20 businesses. Walking distance to downtown, Ferry terminal and restaurants. On the downside, we were there for 7 nights and 5 of those 7 were noisy late into the night, our last night we were up until 2am because of noise from neighboring suites. We respected that the suites are "Green" they suggest using the products that they supply in refillable containers rather than bringing your own and possibly leaving small containers that go into the landfill. They only supply shampoo and conditioner and 2 very small bars of hand soap. We had to go buy bath soap and lotion. We ran out of toilet paper 24 hours before our check out, when we ask for more we were directed to where we could purchase it.
