Beautiful Sunsets and Rainbows right from the deck! Located just above the Westin Resort in Great Cruz Bay, this villa is 3 minutes from Cruz Bay, the grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and much more! Bliss is a two level, one bedroom, one bath condo featuring custom sliders in both living and bedroom areas to capture the largest ocean view from any room. The Living Room has a Sleeper Sofa. The large wrap around deck features covered and uncovered areas for sunbathing, shade and outdoor dining. Cool breezes surround and stunning sunsets are an every night spectacle you won't want to miss! It has absolutely everything you could possibly need to pamper yourself, including full kitchen with stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, gas cook top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Feel like a Queen (or King) in Bliss' complete marble bathroom, large marble walk in shower, mirrors and lots of space to move around. The living area is fully equipped with sleeper sofa, leather ottoman, satellite TV & A/C wrapped around by blue sky. However this would not deter us from coming back. Make sure you pin your location before leaving the villa especially at night, as the roads are not marked. The views are amazing and the location is spot on, it's only a 3 minute drive from all the restaurants and shopping, it's only a 15 minute drive to all of the popular north end beaches. The property manager Luciah met us at the car ferry and led us to the villa the first time, this was very helpful as we were new to the island. The views are unbelievable, the house is very cute and comfortable. Everything was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfy and the linens didn’t feel cheap or of bad quality. We had no major issues with the home while we were there. However, there were small things to note. The first is the cats. While the two strays are very persistent with begging for food, they are polite and friendly and they won’t enter the house so they didn’t cause any trouble for us. The other thing is the dryer. If you need to use it, be careful. The lint trap doesn’t seem to fit completely into the slot and our clothes would get caught on the corner of it. It ended up tearing the strap off my wife’s top. Lastly, the drive up is rough. The road/driveway is very steep and a bit narrow so you do have to pull over for oncoming traffic. If you don’t have a jeep or a truck you might struggle. It is so close to Cruz Bay, which is convenient for all the food. It is also not a far drive to get to the many beaches. We loved the amenities provided such as the coolers, beach bags, chairs, snorkels and fins, and beach towels. We definitely recommend this place, and also recommend renting a jeep for your stay. The property was as described with great amenities. We enjoyed having the beach chairs, cooler, and snorkel fins to use. The views were amazing! We had several sunset happy hours on the deck! The proximity to Cruz Bay was convenient. We had a rental car and it was just a quick drive in. Communication with Dan and the property managers was easy and helpful. Mar 11, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy Disliked: Location #### Secluded retreat difficult to reach The place was truly AMAZING and the spiral staircase was not an issue but the steep hill to get both up and down for us was a dealbreaker. Owners were great as they tried to help us out by giving us names of private taxis instead of us using our rented jeep. It was not their fault that we only stayed one of 5 nights but we were there for my daughter's wedding and the thought of getting back up that hill after the rehearsal dinner and the evening wedding the next day, was too much for us. We also were not use to those steep hills and realized that St John is a lot of steep hills. Feral cats on property were not disclosed. ##### Pamela K. The wrap around deck was gorgeous and we loved watching the hummingbirds and iguanas. We felt like we were in a jungle tree house. It was super clean and exactly as pictured. It was also super quiet and we had the pool all to ourselves for the week because no one was staying in the neighboring villas. It was convenient to town and the north shore beaches which was a plus. Luciah the property manager was so nice and always there if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying in this villa. I would definitely not hesitate to rent again. Some of my favorites were Gibney Beach, Maho, Salt Pond, Ram's Head, St John Scoops, High Tide and Skinny Legs. St John has my heart and Villa Bliss will never be forgotten. You are up in hills with a delightful breeze, gorgeous views since the villa is on the end and so very peaceful. For first timers as we were, the steepness of the hills is very dramatic, combining not only extreme steepness but sharp ,steep turns. To go anywhere out of Cruz Bay you will need a Jeep's 4 wheel drive and you will need it to get up to this incredible villa. It's worth every penny and you are above the Westin with its view but you get so much more! I can't wait to go back! The villa itself is lovely, good kitchen, very nice bathroom, outside shower, 2 places to sleep, downstairs on a pullout and up in a loft on a bed, very good air conditioning. They have beach chairs and snorkeling equipment and good beach towels. I love this place!!! ##### Caroline S.
