This two-story townhouse provides a spacious escape for families or groups of friends that is just a few steps from the Chocolate Hole Bay Beach. The Space: Upon entering the villa, you'll find the main living areas on the ground floor. To the right down the entry hallway is a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The open floor plan features a well-appointed kitchen, a half bath, a dining area for 8, and a comfortable living room with an entertainment system. Ten-foot ceilings and large glass doors leading to the patio create an open, airy feel. Enjoy beach views and sounds from the back patio or dine while taking in the Caribbean scenery. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. The first has two queen beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with seating. Further down the hall is the more private Deluxe King Suite, featuring a balcony with stunning ocean views. All bedrooms include smart TVs, ceiling fans, AC, and elegant en-suite bathrooms. Guest Access: Safety & House Rules: For safety and to ensure house rules are being followed, there are Ring door cameras in place. Check-In Process: BookVI typically arranges a personal greeter to meet you at the villa for check-in, provide a brief tour, answer property-related questions, and share helpful island insights. Arrangements are based on your arrival time, party size, and familiarity with the villa. Guests who have stayed with us previously or are familiar with St. John may request a self or virtual check-in, which can be provided upon approval. The Neighborhood: This location is a true gem, with beach access just steps from your back porch. This place was huge and one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. From the extremely helpful staff at Bookvi (Brandon and Ashley), to the greater (Henrietta) who showed us around when we arrived, to the actual condo - everything was exceptional! They went above and beyond to make sure our transportation from St Thomas to the condo was flawless and even arranged a pitstop at the stoee to load in some groceries when we first arrived since our rental Jeep pickup was the next day.First, it is MUCH larger than we thought so plenty of room and can comfortably accomodate 8 guests. Kitchen was ready to go and having the propane grill was huge. Having the beach chairs, towels, coolers, snorkle/fins, paddleboards and kayaks worked out so well and helped us not have to bring any of the bulky items with us!Then, then location was close enough to make Cruz Bay easily accessible but quiet and peaceful - we practically had the beach to ourselves each day. We also enjoyed the wildlife- from the family deer who showed up in the evening to the iguanas and rooster (no early AM noise though!). From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing island getaway for our family of 5\. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation—beach chairs, beach towels, three coolers, six sets of snorkel gear, rafts, and even access to four paddle boards and two kayaks.We found the location to be perfect—just a short 5-minute drive to Cruz Bay, which made getting to restaurants, shops, and the ferry super convenient. It was also a quick drive to the Windmill Bar, one of our favorite spots for sunset views, drinks, and live music.One of the highlights of our experience was the incredible communication with the property manager. They checked in with us throughout our stay offering thoughtful recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and things to do around St. John, it felt like our own private concierge!We also loved the local wildlife around the property. We regularly spotted deer, roosters, and iguanas right near the house. We had read a previous review mentioning an outdoor odor, but we didn’t experience any bad smells at all during our stay—everything was fresh, clean, and truly lovely. We stayed for 4 nights-- 2 kids (14,12) and 4 adults (grandparents and parents). This was a beautiful and comfortable space. One great downstairs bedroom, two spacious upstairs bedrooms. We had 3 other family members visit during the evenings and there was space for all nine of us to hang out together. The communication with the property managers was fantastic.Location is about 7-8 minutes max from the Ferry Landing-- 15 minutes from the national park. Our only difficulty was finding the space initially. It is in a development off of Chocolate Hole Road, but Chocolate Hole Road has no road sign:) It is the 4th right past the Westin, so easy to find once you know what to look for. ##### Ashton J. Nice view, comfortable furnishings (including the beds) and enjoyed the local wildlife (deer, chickens, geckos and iguanas). The location does not accommodate walking to downtown Cruz Bay and with limited parking downtown, we used local taxis. The location of the villa is quiet and great for relaxing. Four in our party were over 70 but were able to navigate the stairs for the two upstairs bedrooms. The rental team was very responsive to our questions/requests. ##### Judi E. There's a small beach, but it was usually crowded with small boats, THE SMELL! We were unable to have our morning coffee on the porch(es) because of the stink that smelled like a toilet had over flowed. Even when we went out for dinner, the stench would still be there when we got back. Owner was pleasant. Road needs paving. I'd not stay here again. ##### Cristina H.
