#### Lacked important touches

Information about the area was in an unmarked binder that we didn't find out about until 3rd day. Coffee pot was VERY small. Should have supplied some basic food and drink for when we arrived. Area around house wasn't great (car lot) and mornings were pretty noisy. Host was easy to contact the first two days and then didn't return my call when I asked why the TV didn't work. Overall, below average host.

We loved the Hawks nest villa, it was tucked away but minutes from town, loved making breakfast and eating on the patio every morning and enjoying the view! We loved the location because we never rent a car and we could walk to all the local bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

This property is great! We also can’t say enough about the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts. They went above and beyond for us during our stay multiple times. I know they will make sure that any future guests have an excellent stay as well.

The house is decorated simply and has everything you need! Beds were comfortable. Had beach chairs and snorkel gear which was great. Great location.

Could not get ahold of owner for check-in or get responses to pre-stay questions, but overall the unit is well equipped and suitable for a short stay on STJ. Unit could use some freshening up to include increased water pressure!

We had an amazing time in St. John and the villa was a perfect fit. Just the right amount of space and having the beach chairs and other amenities was very helpful! We loved how close we were to do many restaurants and how walkable it was. Will definitely return!
