We were able to stay at this beautiful village hotel for our entire week and didn't find it necessary to have a personal car to eat, relax, shop, meet excursion watercraft or entertain ourselves. You have to be ready for somewhat rugged conditions as it's open air - think "glamping" - in the treehouse accommodations and so you are with the elements and animals somewhat.
