Experience St John-beautiful beaches, snorkeling, hiking, sailing, then come back to the villa and relax on the sundeck or take a dip in the pool. Enjoy the fabulous view even as you shower in your private outdoor shower or relax on your private deck. Dine on the covered veranda or inside in the comfortable great room. At night, watch the shooting stars from the stargazing deck. Bay Rum Breeze was designed for the comfort of couples and families. Park in the large driveway, enter through the mahogany door under the island stone archway to the vestibule with its tropical plants and fountain. The 2500 square feet of indoor living space (as well as over 1800 square feet of outdoor living space) provides ample room for privacy and relaxation. The entire house is on one level except the upper bedroom and upper deck which is accessed by an interior stairwell. The large great room features exotic Brazilian granite, counter seating, dining table for up to 8, stainless steel appliances, a walk –in-pantry, laundry room, and powder room. Stretch out on the fully upholstered sectional sofa to watch the 48” TV. The covered deck has cushioned chaise lounges, a dining table and chairs, and a built-in grill. A few steps down, leads to the sun deck with more comfortable seating. The four bedrooms are equally sized and all face spectacular view. The primary bedroom is separated from the main house by a covered deck and features a walk-in closet and an outdoor shower made of island stone. The lower bedroom has a two twin extra long beds that can be make into a king bed. The upper bedroom features a king bed. Each of these has a private outdoor shower, private deck and ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom has a king bed , sitting area and a ceiling fan. There are wonderful breezes on Mamey Peak but each bedroom is air conditioned. The stargazing deck offers a great view of the night sky-watch the stars while lying on chaises. It is also a great place to view the sunrise and have coffee at the Bistro table and chairs and enjoy the view of the British VI and Coral Bay with just a turn of your head. Incredible views!!! Pool only. No Hot Tub at the property. The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. The pictures are exactly how the villa looks in person; beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The constant breeze made it so comfortable, and the outdoor showers were absolutely amazing! The property management company was very thorough, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location is also perfect offering prime access to the gorgeous North Shore beaches, and just a 20-minute ride into Cruz Bay for dining and shopping. Bay Rum Breeze is an absolutely gorgeous home. What I wouldn’t give to have a family room wall to slide open and enjoy ocean breezes! Check in process was flawless. Beach towels provided, beach chairs provided, cooler provided (freezer filled with reusable ice packs); all made beach days so much easier. Very few miner “house” issues. Dining chairs were loose at joints, one stove burner didn’t light, dryer vent needed cleaning, dishwasher bottom rack was wonky. All these issues are typical home issues that were reported and some of them were addressed the same day! All in all a fabulous week with family and would highly recommend this home. I felt like we spent a good deal of our vacation dealing with that when we should have been enjoying St. John. I am impressed though by the discount that we were given due to this issue. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated being escorted to the house upon arrival. The bedroom a/c units worked really well. Cleanliness could have been better, the house is a bit tired, and really needs a deep cleaning. Rugs in bathrooms were either dirty or stained, hard to tell. The fountain on the pool is in need of paint, really detracts from the appearance of the pool area. The location was difficult, although it was great once we got there, the road up to the house was in really bad repair, and was difficult to maneuver. each day required a lot of driving to get to beaches. This high level of customer service set the tone for the week and we were more than impressed before we even began our stay. We absolutely loved the property, the view, the quiet location on the island and how easy it was to get to the beaches, ruins and restaurants. The kids (ages 16 & 12) loved their rooms, views, the pool, hot tub, snorkeling at the beaches and playing "St Johnopoly" (from the game cabinet) as well. The house had everything we needed (cooler and beach chairs/towels were great to have!) and we all really enjoyed ourselves. Property manager was very responsive. We loved it! The house exceeded our expectations, with tastefully decorated rooms that were spacious and filled with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The covered deck and pool areas provided sweeping views of the Bay and was a nice gathering point for our small group. The location of the house was a bit remote, but we still had easy access to local shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation stay. The views alone are worth the price, and the house itself is top-notch. The only thing better than this house are the views that are available from everywhere. Sunsets, sunrises, moon rises and the "frog symphony" every evening are the best ever. Property is just as described, the amenities are great, pol is very refreshing and the hot tub is a must have for the rainy days we encountered with Tropical Storm Earl. Location is great as it is in between Cruz Bay and Coral Bay. The North shore beaches are also easily accessed. Loved our time there. ##### Laura W. We were met at the dock to travel to the house. We were provided recommendations and questions were answered quickly. We were given a welcome treat basket which was so thoughtful! The house was perfect! Truly peaceful and accommodating for all needs and ages. We loved the covered porch and sat for hours. Well stocked closest for beach needs and easy access to the beaches. It was conveniently situated within easy distance of so many of our favorite spots - Hansen, Lameshur, Maho and Coral Bay. The views from the villa are spectacular (photos don’t do them justice). The outside space was especially nice - the covered patio, the pool & pool deck, the hot tub deck and of course the roof deck! It was very nice to have A/C in all the bedrooms though it was rarely needed - the breeze was really blowing during our stay! JP was incredibly helpful and responsive, especially considering our travels to the island were delayed and he had to wait for us well into the evening of our arrival. We really appreciated him letting us put groceries in his vehicle after meeting us at the grocery store for our post-ferry provisioning on the way to the villa. Located on the top of the island, you can see down to Coral Bay from the pool/patio area and then if you walk to the front you see off to the north and the British VI. The pool is so pretty and the hot tub was very nice. Outdoor grill was great. Kitchen had everything and the washer/dryer helped a lot with all the swimming and beachgoing we did. They had backpack beach chairs and some coolers to use and even a set or two of snorkeling equipment. Beds were nice, air conditioning worked great. ##### John L. Séjour de 7 nuits en mars 2022
