This spacious unit has vaulted ceilings, is fully air conditioned, and boast 2 full bathrooms & a full service kitchen that flows into the open dining and living room areas. There is a covered outdoor balcony and an expansive deck & pool area, perfect for watching spectacular views of the sun setting behind St. Thomas and the beautiful blue Caribbean Sea. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and private balcony with amazing views of the surrounding islands and beautiful blue waters. The 2nd bedroom has its own main porch access and the same captivating view. There is a fully stocked kitchen, and parking right outside the front door. For stays of 7 days or longer, there is a washer/dryer available for an additional fee. Tamika was very receptive and communicative. When we had difficulty deciding which unit was ours, Tamika was there in a flash.The unit was clean and well appointed. The views and sunsets were gorgeous. The location was convenient and quiet at night. During the day, there is more traffic- loud at times. That was the only reason for 4 stars on the location. We napped our infant upstairs (which I swear is soundproof) while our 3yo ran grandma around downstairs with 3yo energy and we couldn’t even hear their chaos. The view is gorgeous from multiple areas from inside and outside the house. All the furniture, appliances, amenities, decorations etc are in great condition and clean! We were hesitant to stay at this property because there weren’t any reviews yet, but this place did not disappoint! The views were spectacular. The rental was clean. I cannot say enough positive things about Tamika. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Very quick response times from her and she’s very kind. The rental was fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler. The location is great.
