Our property boasts an effortless 14ft gated entrance for parking up to 4 cars on the north side driveway. As you step onto the property, let the enchanting solar torch lights guide your way from the parking lot to your dream vacation unit. Safety continues with a solar motion detector light at the unit's entrance and security camera thoughtfully placed at the unit entrance facing the walkway and parking lot.  
  
We are committed to sustainability, with self-sustaining solar panels that power the entire complex.  
  
Step inside and discover the charm of beautiful, stained wood Cathedral ceilings and the comfort of cool ceiling fans in every room. Enjoy breathtaking views through 8ft tall sliding glass doors. Our screened-in porch allows you to savor the outdoors bug-free, with a dining table, chairs, and additional porch seating. Marvel at the spectacular views spanning from the Caribbean Sea to Pillsbury Sound and the Atlantic Ocean, with dramatic sunsets, cruise ship departures, and twinkling lights of St. Thomas.  
  
Whether you choose the front or the back, you'll have access to multiple decks where you can discover the ideal setting for your morning sunrise, accompanied by your first cup of coffee, or the perfect spot to relish an evening sunset with your favorite cocktail.  
  
Our well-equipped kitchen boasts a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, sink with a front yard view, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and an array of pots and pans to meet your culinary needs. There's plenty of space for meal preparation with ample counter space, center island, and breakfast bar with seating. Just 3 steps down, and you've entered the living room with TV for your entertainment. Our 42" Smart TV grants you access via your personal login credentials to gain access to your favorite shows (no cable).
