I want to specifically give a shout-out to Goldie, who I think is the hotel manager. At check-in, she was kind enough to ensure we all had rooms on the same floor. Her customer service and attention to every detail were outstanding. I also thank Goldie for her patience and problem-solving when one of the girls requested a room change. And I appreciate the 24hr fitness center. I will stay at the Avid Hotel whenever I visit Ft Wayne, and I highly recommend it to others. "
