Ideally placed within St Ives, the cottage though tucked out of the way is still less than 5 minutes’ amble from the beautiful harbour. Porthminster and Porthmeor beaches lie within easy walking distance (around 10 minutes in either direction), so if for those who prefer a car-free getaway, it’s perfect. Good Housekeeping Bond We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. Nice central location and close to Co-op for essential items. Well equipped kitchen. Car park is around the corner and up a hill with steps back to Cottage. Currently a bargain at £26.50 a week. Bedrooms she very spacious and comfortable.
