This beautiful double fronted, dual access cottage is situated only a minutes walk to the beaches, Harbour, restaurants and galleries. Benefiting from a private parking space for one car at Porthgwidden car park and allowing well behaved pets, this property has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. From the ground floor, the fully fitted kitchen diner is well equipped with a range cooker, integrated microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The dining area with seating for eight is perfect for a family get together and there is a Bose speaker to enjoy your favourite music. Just off the kitchen is the family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Very handy when you come back from a day on the beach! On the first floor is the cosy lounge with comfortable seating and TV with BT You View Box, There is also an Xbox and Playstation 3\. This room also benefits from a beautiful original decorative fireplace. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with ample storage. This room also benefits from a TV On the second floor are a further three bedrooms and a shower room. There are two king-size bedrooms and wardrobes.
