Stayed for a weekend in April and absolutely loved our stay. We only had the Silver room which was small but adequate for two. The bathroom had underfloor heating, the bed was the most comfortable I've found in a hotel and the food was excellent. We had B&B but also ate in The Grill in the evening and this was far better than expected despite the cramped eating conditions! We used the pool, sauna etc which was free of charge and spotlessly clean (bathrobes and slippers are in the room so that you can change and go straight down in the lift). Overall a wonderful 4 star hotel with fantastic spa facilities right in the middle of St Helier town which although a walk away from beaches is by the bus station and all of the shops facing the sea. Would definitely stay here again.
5 star it is not nor would it claim to be. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff were universally friendly helpful and willing to go the extra mile for you many so called superior hotels would not compete on this which is why I am happy to recommend.
We had a weekend break for my husbands birthday. Our room overlooked the beach and was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was good with lots of choice, ranging from cereals to fresh fruit, or a full cooked breakfast. I need a gluten and dairy free diet, and they catered very well for me with soya milk and gluten free bread.
The communal areas are well presented, which include a lounge, bar and swimming pool. The pool area is lovely although a little cold for us.
We had a dinner in the restaurant one evening which was a little disappointing, also they stopped serving at 20:30. I don't know if it stays open later as the season goes on.
Room was clean, and well kept. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast provided a wide selection and was very filling and well cooked. We had a very early flight, but were able to book in early in the morning allowing us to leave our luggage and go off exploring Jersey for the rest of the day. When it was time to leave, we were allowed to leave our luggage until we needed to return to the Airport.

The capital of Jersey and home to fewer than 30,000 people, St Helier boasts beaches, shopping, and culture. High street shops include department stores, designer shops, and fine quality jewellery boutiques. St. Helier also has the Jersey Opera House, which offers musicals, dance, and comedy.
