####  needs regular maintenance and proper cleaning

A basic but comfortable house in quiet location. it is in desperate need of regular maintenance and proper cleaning. On arrival we found toilet seat was broken, the BBQ was absolutely filthy along with the outdoor deck… which was covered in old bird dropping and new Easter wrapping papers and bottle tops, paper and plastic sliced bread sealers. The fridge was full of items ie. half jars of mayo, pickled onions, mustards etc….and freezer had fishing bait, frozen water and an open bag of. Various foodstuffs. it made us nauseous to think about putting ice in there! So when is the fridge cleaned out for paying guests? the hanging rod in one bedroom was broken and found on floor in wardrobe. the lockbox was so old an in need of some WD40 it was hard to close on departure. It could’ve been a lovely place to return to… if we thought it was clean and well maintained… what a shame!

Peace and quiet, no nearby neighbours. The only company is Wallabies in the evening. Walk to a beach that you have to yourself. Amazing ocean views from bedroom.
