The home was nicely decorated. Appliances were in good order and clean. The supplies were amazing! There was just about everything needed to cook with. The bathroom was spotless, and nicely modern. All the furniture was Very comfortable! Bed in main bedroom was very, very comfortable. We were very grateful for the A.C. In the living room and main bedroom. All the towels and linens seemed brand new, very nice. Although we don’t have pets, it was nice to see the supplies for pet owning renters. But more importantly there was No pet hair to be found anywhere, which was greatly appreciated. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we hope to rent this house next year again! Property was as described! Wonderful place to stay and VERY pet friendly from a spare crate to dog treats! My pup loved the fenced yard and the neighbors came over and brought her treats! Access to ATV trails located right across the street. There are a few restaurants right there in St. Helen or take a short drive to Houghton Lake. The host, Amy, was easy to contact and quickly responded to any questions I had. Thank you for a good place to stay on our long weekend visit. ##### Bruce E. Other than that, we knew what we booked and had no other concerns. We read all the great reviews so maybe these were all caused by the prior tenant. ##### Sara H. Right outside of town with a very convenient gas station on the corner with groceries. If you are riding the trails are right there and the drive way does accommodate a trailer.
